TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS

If your organization is tax exempt, please email store@infantmassageusa.org with your tax exemption certificate. Once received, we will set up your account to purchase with the tax exemption.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will I receive my items?

Items in our store are fulfilled either by Infant Massage USA or by a third party vendors such as Printify or Printful. You can see the vendor listed on each product page.

For items fulfilled by Infant Massage USA - Please note that handling time for products is generally 1 - 3 business days in addition to shipping time. 

For items fulfilled by Printify or Printful - Handling times are usually 2 - 5 days and 4 days shipping time.

How do I sign in to my store account?

When you click ‘Checkout’ you will have the option to checkout as a guest or sign in to your account. You can also view your account information and previous orders by logging in here.

 

How do I use my discount code?

At checkout, click ‘Show Order Summary’ and enter the discount code into the Discount Code field.

For Members: You can find the Member discount code on the CEIM page of the Member Portal.
